A healthy lifestyle requires a daily routine. Life is too short not to love it, embrace it, and stay healthy—health is real wealth! Good health can be maintained with balanced nutrition, exercise, and a solid sleep routine, coupled with a practice of meditation for good brain health.
First thing in the morning, I brush my teeth and head to the gym with a bottle of warm water which energizes and flushes the toxins from the body. This clears one’s digestion, aids constipation, improves blood circulation, and prevents premature aging of the skin. I exercise for at least 20 minutes, followed by stretching and some light weight lifting. This aids in improving physical energy and mental focus, thereby reducing stress & getting you ready for the day ahead. When exercising, make sure to hydrate well as your bodily cells need the water to accomplish their tasks. After a good warm shower, have a healthy breakfast which will provide you energy for the day. For me, a breakfast of whole grains, such as oatmeal, along with eggs and dairy products does the trick for lasting energy. This routine will keep you healthy & wealthy—love yourself!
