A lecturer and expert, Dr. Plotka serves on boards including the Visiting Nurses Association and Salem Five Bank. He's also the founder of Mouth Watchers.

Violaine Gillot ("V") - CEO

V graduated with her second MBA in 2009 and has been with us since, rising to General Manager. Originally from France, she met Dr. Plotka on a golf course over 10 years ago and quickly became integral to the company. V's passion and energy drive our success, and outside of work, she stays active with half-marathons and Tough Mudder challenges. She's also a proud mom to her little girl, Eliana.

Stephanie Gallagher - Executive Assistant

Steph, residing in Beverly with her husband and two boys, brings support to our CEO, V, as a valued member of the Mouth Watchers team. She earned her BA from Salem State University in 2008 and is actively involved in the Beverly community. Alongside volunteering with the Beverly Youth Soccer Association, she participates in her children's schools. Outside of work, Steph cherishes family time, traveling to Wisconsin and Ireland, and enjoying moments with her husband, David, boys, Colin and Declan, and their two cats.
