Lee Stacey
Lee Stacey begins his first season as Senior Vice President of Sales and marketing for the Devils Arena Entertainment LLC and will oversee all sales and marketing for the Prudential Center Arena and New Jersey Devils of he National Hockey League. Lee joins DAE from IMG College where for the past 2 years he led sales and all marketing strategy for many of the most prestigious college properties in America including the SouthEastern Conference (SEC), and schools such as Texas, Florida, Tennessee, Arizona, Oregon and UConn. Stacey was also the point person for IMG College’s relationship with CBS Sports and the NCAA. Prior to IMG College, Stacey served the New York Jets for 6 years as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and set strategy for all aspects of the business side of the team. He was also charged with developing all new Jets revenue strategies for the New Meadowlands Stadium, a joint venture between the Jets and the New York Giants.

Stacey has more than 25 years of experience in sales and marketing and joined the Jets directly from the position of vice president of corporate sales and broadcasting for the Cavs/Gund Arena Corporation in Cleveland, OH. He oversaw sales and marketing initiatives for the Cleveland Cavaliers (NBA), the Cleveland Rockers (WNBA), the Mid-American Conference (MAC) and the Gund Arena.

Prior to working in Cleveland, he was director of corporate marketing from 1993-96 with Washington Sports and Entertainment, overseeing the sales initiatives of the Washington Bullets (NBA), Capitals (NHL) and the US Air Arena.

Stacey began his career in radio sales in Boston in 1979, working for seven years with CBS Radio in local, regional and network sales capacities. In 1986, he opened SportsChannel Networks’ regional New England office as eastern regional sales manager for SportsChannel.

While in Cleveland, Stacey served on the Board of Trustees for the Greater Cleveland YMCAs.

A native of Peabody, MA, Stacey earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Boston’s Emerson College. Stacey and his wife, Gretchen, have two children, daughter, Caroline, a proud member of the Water Rats swim team and son, Devin.

Carole Palmer Ed.D., RD, LDN
Dr. Carole Palmer is Professor and Head of the Division of Nutrition and Oral Health Promotion at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She is also Professor at the Tufts University School of Nutrition, Adjunct Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine and Staff Nutritionist at the Frances Stern Nutrition Center of New England Medical Center Hospital.

Dr. Palmer's primary research emphasis has been the study of relationships between diet and/or nutrition, and oral conditions. She is also a leader in developing models for implementing nutrition care in clinical dental settings. She is known nationally and internationally for the innovative nutrition-related video training programs she has developed for national research studies, the government, voluntary agencies, professionals, and the public. She has written extensively in the professional and lay literature, and has consulted widely on nutrition and oral health issues for professional organizations and private industry.

She received her undergraduate degree in nutrition at Simmons College, her Masters' degree/ Dietetic Internship at Tufts University and the New England Medical Center Hospital, and her Doctorate in Educational Policy, Planning, and Administration at Boston University.

Charles D. Samaras, DMD
Dr. Charles D. Samaras, Director of Practice Management at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine is a leading authority on technology in dental practices. Dr. Samaras has maintained a private dental practice for 20 years in Lowell, MA. His ability to blend the ongoing advances in Dental Medicine and the innovations in Practice management have empowered all who have taken his lectures to make positive changes in how they practice dentistry.

Beverly Maguire, Perio Advocates
Beverly Maguire brings an extensive background and over 30 years of experience to dental hygiene. She is an expert clinician and renowned hygiene consultant, author, and speaker. Beverly is a consultant to the ADA Council on Dental Practice, is an ADA seminar speaker, and writes a regular column for Dental Economics.Beverly is a member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants and the American Dental Hygienists' Association.

Dr. Mike Milligan
Dr. Mike Milligan earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Houston, where he competed on the golf team with teammates Fuzzy Zoeller and Bruce Lietzke. He has won 137 amateur golf tournaments including the Illinois State Amateur and Illinois State Match Play. Dr. Milligan co-founded the National Competitive Golf Tour.

Dr. Milligan graduated first in his class from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 1978. Since graduation he has accumulated over 2000 hours of post-graduate continuing dental education. Dr. Milligan owns and maintains Eastland Dental Center, a large high-quality multi-doctor dental practice in Bloomington, Illinois, in which he practices golden rule dentistry – the core philosophy that he will treat his patients the way he wants his own family treated.

Dr. Milligan built Eastland Professional Suites, a 26,000 foot professional building where his current dental office resides, and sold the other suites as condominiums to surgeons, ENTs, dermatologists, and audiologists.

Dr. Milligan has been owner and CEO of Scientific Health Products, LLC, and of Dental Health Products, Inc. He began Dental Mastermind Group “to advance oral and overall health through science.” Dr. Milligan was Chief Investigator of a groundbreaking study: “The Effects of a Nutritional Supplement on Periodontal Health and Antioxidant Levels.” He was chairperson of the advisory committee of DentalNutrition.com. He has authored articles, contributed to articles, and/or lectured on a variety of dental topics to groups nationwide including Excellence in Dentistry, the Crown Council, 1000 Gems, Kisco Dental, The Richards Report, the Madow Brothers Monthly, Dental Equipment and Materials, Dental Economics, and others.

Dr. Milligan is currently on the Advisory Board of iLearningGlobal, the #1 online learning center in the world for personal development and business success.

Dr. Milligan’s written mission is “to help people live better.” He enjoys spending time with his lovely wife, Karen, their four wonderful children, and their three beautiful grandchildren.

Gary Kadi

Kenneth A. Himmel President and CEO, Related Urban Related Companies
Kenneth A. Himmel is President and Chief Executive Officer of RELATED URBAN, one of the nation’s leading developers of large-scale mixed-use properties. Related Urban, formed in 1997, is the mixed-use development division of Related Companies.

With over 30 years experience, Mr. Himmel is a renowned expert in developing successful mixed-use including projects such as Water Tower Place and 730 North Michigan in Chicago, Copley Place in Boston, Reston Town Center in Reston and Pacific Place in Seattle.

Mr. Himmel received a Bachelor of Science degree with distinction from Cornell University - School of Hotel Administration in 1970 and a Bachelor of Science degree from The College of William and Mary in 1968.
